Don’t watch. I’ll let you know when it’s ok to turn on. Slow. Sloppy. Ugly. So far. And when I say nobody is watching, I mean nobody. There might be 1000 here.
An active shooter would force new seats at the Mack. My arm isn’t strong enough anymore to hit the person next to me.
True story: last night there was a VGK game on at 7 pm and I THOUGHT we played Pacific last night (tonight, obviously) at the same time. My girlfriend said, "I know you said there is a UNLV game on tonight but do you want to watch the VGK game?".
I literally laughed and said, "Uh...YEAH."

Haven’t missed a home game in 33+ years. I thought last year was as bad as the crowds could possibly get. I was wrong. This is just too long of a stretch of “bad”. Fans long bailed before Otz, but if 200 more bail after his hire, that’s 10-15 percent. This isn’t on him. If he doesn’t get it going it is on him but it’s a tough starting point and it hasn’t started well.
That is really a sobering stat, isnt it? That if we lose 200 fans that equates to 10-15% of the fans that show up?? Its not untrue, either. Thats whats sad.
There is also a VERY real possibility that we lose to Pacific tonight. They are actually rated higher than us in the Kenpom ratings. Pacific.
