2) if he had coached another year at Little Rock and had the same season he did this year, he would have been out of our price range and he would be looking at a bigger school.

Will he make UNLV "elite". (I hate that word). Probably not. Does he have the potential to turn this program into a Butler or Wichita State? (Top 25 programs) absolutely!
The key is he has to hire the right assistants so he can recruit!
