Looks like we swipped him from Texas State. Texas A&M (Commerce) had an offer for him too.
He committed to Texas States 26 June 17. He originally said in his interview:
“I wasn’t planning on committing as early as I did,” Redding said. “I had a visit set for UNLV on July 12, and I was going to go to that first, but after I got on campus at Texas State, it was super pretty, and I didn’t want to pass up on an opportunity like that.”
Happy Sanchez and company didn't give up. Looks like an under rated guy.
