Offensively:
Ike and Seager's have more mistakes on low IQ basketball plays then our entire freshman class combined. Can't have both out on the floor at the same time it's to much to counter and work through.

Glad Rice finally got a technical was a little late then never but hopefully he understands that guys do feed off of his actions and that the officials call the game different simply by how you communicate with them. Rest of staff didn't look active again today. Since last year they haven't been active on coaching during the game that has to change it doesn't look like they do anything and just sit there.
- Spacing is off at times in the game and it appears that guys don't adjust one penetration to slide down the corners to give the ball handler options. Moving off ball is non existence at times on the court and that needs to change immediately.
- Passing: Guy's who throw lob passes other then alley oops and or passes to the ankles of big men have to be pulled at this point. We've have had open looks a lot throughout ooc not happening or becoming bad shots simply because the passes aren't clean.
- Shot Selection: Always can improve seeing some guys not pass the ball over even when they aren't doing good for a better shot is sad.
- Off ball movement on the rare occasions it is used the guy cutting isn't doing a good job at using the picks that are being set to many times they are being beat simply by the angles they are using.
- Clock management: It seems like we have had multiple possessions where guys just dribble for a bit to try to set things up I've always like the Coach pop approach of 3 seconds to either pass, cut or shoot otherwise you need to get rid of it.
- Guys shooting when no one is under the boards is another problem that has been happening more and more this needs to be fixed it's ok occasionally but shouldn't be happening more then 2-3 times a game.
- Guy's have got to follow McCaw's example on the perimeter and that is you can either body them up with hand's up or down but not reach or you can reach and be stationary. Doing anything other then those 2 things is going to get a foul called on you especially out on the perimeter.
- Fundamentals are not being used can't tell you the amount of time over the last few games where we have had guys lose sight of their man, the basketball or the basket all those things should be seen at 90% of the time on defense.
- Pick and Rolls defensive scheme has to change to easy to penetrate and to easy to box out.
- No more having guys looking to run out our team needs to stop as those passes aren't happening and we are getting killed on the boards 5 guys have to go for the rebound.
- Smart fouls ie if you foul don't let the guy get the shot off or do it before he has the chance. Foul the bad foul shooters and not the good ones if possible. Understand when to help and from what angles to be effective.
- Hardly ever trap off pick and roles or in general especially when guys in corner or on baseline.
