Dantely Walker transfers to Chaminade

You cant be serious... He had trouble getting shots off against D-1 opponents. Dantley was a fantastic guy while on the team, had some fun moments, but struggled against ok teams, and that's not going to change all of a sudden just because he gets to play on a far less talented team.... Wish him best of luck but he isnt going to openly score like its 3A high school against D1 schools...
I don't know that you can say he struggled, he didn't play! He looked fine while he was in.... That whole 5 minutes the whole season.
It'll change because he'll get more time to adjust to his competition and adapt. It's a shame he got injured just when his opportunity came.
And he might have a coach that can get him open using multiple screens. Our players won't want to chase him all over the court. And if we played zone, then he would have all the open shots he wants.
Hopefully though we dont get matched up against chaminade in the first game so we can have a game against the bigger named schools but I'm betting the committee does exactly that.
Couldn't get shots off. Kid played only a few minutes in a couple games and shot 20 three pointers. Making 8. Never given a chance. Few times he came in, made a couple great passes, held his own on D, and knocked down a few 3's. Very hard to do that in a game situation with very very little time to get a feel. He will score a lot by the time his career is done.
He mostly played against teams that were not very good or games we were up by a lot so his stats have to be taken with a grain of salt.
